"The expedited patch for softlock issues affecting some users at login and during battlegrounds has been released; v1.11.1 Build 5462.

After you download the .zip file, unzip it to your world of warcraft folder, it'll create a folder called "wow-patch (1.11.0.5428 - 1.11.1.5462)". Open the folder and run the "Blizzard Updater.exe" and you're in business!"
